Advocacy Day 2023

The effects of the COVID-19 global pandemic continue to impact student mobility and the field of international education in significant ways and with a new session of Congress forming in January, now is an important time to be a voice for supporting and sustaining the field! Join NAFSA virtually for insider analysis of the political landscape in Washington and training on how best to engage Congress to serve the students, scholars, and policies that matter to you.

This year’s format features exclusive pre-recorded, on-demand training and a half-day of live, virtual training and strategizing with NAFSA policy experts and your peers. Following that, you will be fully prepared to engage with Congress—from the comfort of your (home) office on the second day of our event.
